NUJUM reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time to respond to service updates, legal changes and other factors. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify all users of any material changes to this Policy that may affect your rights, such as through in-Platform notifications or pop-up windows. We also recommend that you review this Policy periodically to check for updates. We will indicate the last updated date at the top of the Policy. • User-generated content, including comments, images, text, voice messages, photos, videos, and virtual item videos that you choose to upload or share on the Platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Content").
• Facial data: If you intend to become our verified anchor or wish to complete real-person verification (including gender verification and avatar verification) to obtain additional benefits, we will, with your consent, collect and compare your profile photo and facial recognition video for authenticity verification. This verification helps protect you from impersonators and fake accounts, and safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of other users. Our servers will not retain your facial recognition video; the video is used solely for verification purposes and will not be used for any other purposes.
• Transaction information, such as recharge records, transaction records and history, dates, items, and amounts. We will not retain or collect your credit card name, card number, or password; such payment information will be collected by the third-party payment channel you choose (e.g., PayPal).
• If you contact our customer support team at support@najm.com, we will receive your email address and may track your IP address and collect relevant information you send to us to assist in resolving your issue. We will retain records of communications with you, including reports you submit against other users (and reports submitted by other users against you).
• User logs: If you report a problem encountered while using our services, you may need to upload certain user log files, including your operation parameters, operation time, service response time, operation steps, and error causes.
Information we collect automatically when you use our services
When you use NUJUM, we automatically collect the following types of personal information about you, including:
• Activity information, network information, and device information: Data we receive when you interact with our application (such as your purchase history, search history, log data, or actions within the application), or information about your device (such as your device version, device ID, Android ID, Google Advertising ID, IDFA, hardware serial number, device model, operating system, system language and region, Mac address, etc.), as well as network information (such as your network operator and network type);
• Approximate geolocation data: For example, location information we receive about you (e.g., based on your Internet Protocol (IP) address, Wi-Fi SSID, etc.);
• We will only collect your GPS information with your explicit consent, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by disabling location permissions. GPS information is sensitive information; if you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use location-based services, but this will not affect your use of other NUJUM services.
• When you use our services, access to your location, microphone, and mobile camera will be granted only after your explicit authorization. We will request your consent through in-application pop-up windows when you access relevant features.
Information we obtain from other sources
We may receive information described in this Policy from other sources, such as:
• Social media: If you choose to link or register using a third-party social network platform (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, or Google), we may collect information from these social media services, including your nickname, user ID, and profile picture from your social media profile, depending on the policies of the social media platform and your privacy settings.
• Third-party services: We may collect information about you from third-party services (such as advertising partners, payment partners, and analytics providers). Please note that this Policy does not cover how third parties collect and process your information; third parties shall comply with their own privacy policies.

• Providing and operating services: To provide you with NUJUM services and maintain the normal operation of the services, such as voice chat, video chat, user-to-user interaction, finding friends, incentive tasks, posting updates to your social status, and other activities you conduct through NUJUM;
• Identity verification: To verify your identity and create a profile for you when you register with us, identify your device, access and use our services, or otherwise interact with us, ensuring the security of your personal information;
• Performing contractual obligations: To fulfill our contractual obligations to you under the "NUJUM Terms of Service" or take actions at your request prior to entering into such agreements;
• Service improvement and analysis: To continuously improve the user experience, determine network status, monitor account abnormalities, and understand the usability of our products and services;
• Security: To ensure the security of user activities and accounts;
• Recharge services: To support and verify users' payment behaviors;
• Communication and customer service: To respond to your requests and notify you of updates to NUJUM services and this Policy;

NUJUM cannot guarantee that such content will not be found on other third-party platforms. You should exercise caution when disclosing personal information while using the services. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit.
Service providers and business partners
• Cloud service providers: To provide basic data storage services;
• Payment service providers: To assist you in processing and completing transactions. Any sensitive payment information (such as card number, payment password, CVV number, etc.) will be collected and processed by the payment processor you choose;
• Advertising and attribution service providers: To display advertisements to you when you access our services, promote our services, and track advertising conversion rates;
• Data analytics and security service providers: To conduct data analysis by counting and monitoring user numbers, identify fraudulent activities, and ensure user security;

Regarding advertisements displayed in the NUJUM application, we use third-party advertising companies to provide advertising services when you use our application. If any transaction occurs between companies related to the business covered by this Policy, such as acquisition, merger, or change of business entity, personal information may be transferred to the successor of the business to the extent permitted by applicable law.
NUJUM aims to maintain a healthy community and will cooperate with relevant third parties in exercising their intellectual property rights or other rights.
We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, legal proceedings, law enforcement requests, legal claims, or government inquiries, and to protect and defend the rights, interests, and safety of NUJUM, the Platform, our affiliates, users, or the public. We will also cooperate with law enforcement inquiries both within and outside your country of residence. When we have reasonable grounds to believe that disclosure is required by law, or when we determine in our discretion that disclosure is necessary to protect our or third parties' legitimate rights and/or comply with judicial procedures, court orders, or legal processes served on us, we may assert or waive any legal objections or rights available to us.
4. Your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information processed by us, the right to withdraw consent, the right to data portability, and the right to confirm whether we process any of your personal information and to request information about any automated decisions made during the processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

After verifying your identity, we will respond to your request within a reasonable time in accordance with relevant laws. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we may be unable to respond to your request if:
• It may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of you or other users/individuals;
• It may seriously hinder the normal operation of our business;
• It may violate other laws and regulations;
• We are unable to verify your identity; or
• Applicable law allows us to refuse your request.
If you no longer wish to use NUJUM or wish to withdraw your consent to NUJUM's processing of your personal information necessary for providing our services, you may choose to delete your entire NUJUM account by following these steps:
1. Open NUJUM;
2. Tap "Me" > "Settings" > "Account and Security" > "Delete Account";
3. Tap "Apply for Cancellation" or "Think Again".
Note: After tapping "Apply for Deletion" and "Delete Account", you will have a 7-day period. If you log in again within this period, your account deletion request will be deemed canceled. Otherwise, your account will be permanently deleted after 7 days and cannot be recovered. Deleting your account means we will delete your identity information, account access rights, all user content, all account benefits, transaction records, and friends/chat popularity/chat records on NUJUM.
However, your withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of our processing of your personal information based on your prior consent.
5. Data storage and transmission
NUJUM is a global social application with servers located in multiple countries around the world, including the United States. In the course of providing services, we may store your personal information outside the country or region where you reside. In such cases, we will take measures to ensure that your personal information is processed and stored in accordance with applicable law. We have implemented appropriate safeguards (such as contractual commitments) in compliance with applicable legal requirements to fully protect your personal information. We will retain your personal information for a reasonable and necessary period as required by laws and regulations. After the expiration of this period, we will delete or anonymize the information.
6. Security
How does NUJUM protect your personal information?
NUJUM has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control, including your personal information. NUJUM adopts reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality of your personal information, such as using firewalls to secure servers. Our technical team will strive to ensure that you can use our website safely.
Although we have taken reasonable precautions to prevent potential security breaches of our website, member databases, and records, you should understand that no website or network transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. We urge you to take measures to protect the security of your personal information (including your password) and log out of your account promptly after use.
We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information during transmission to our website; any transmission risks are borne by you. Please exercise caution and understand the relevant risks. How to ensure the security of your information?
You should not disclose your password to any third party or share it with others. If you lose your password or it is compromised, your personal information may be leaked. In such cases, please report it to our support team through online customer service. You should immediately change your password through the "Settings" page. NUJUM will not be liable if you fail to properly safeguard your password.
7. Cookies and other technologies
To ensure the effective operation of the application, we may occasionally place small data files called Cookies on your device (a practice common among application developers). A Cookie is a small text file stored by a website when you visit it. It allows the website to remember your actions and preferences, thereby improving the user experience.
You can control whether to accept Cookies by contacting us or adjusting your browser settings. However, if you disable Cookies or restrict the ability to set Cookies, you may not be able to fully enjoy our services or access all their features, which may affect your overall user experience.
8. Information of minors
We do not provide services to minor users under 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). We will not intentionally collect or retain personal information of individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that personal information of an individual under 18 years of age has been collected through our services, we will take appropriate measures to delete such information and terminate the corresponding account.
Please note that as a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for supervising and managing your child's use of our services. If a minor provides false information and falsely claims to have reached the legal age, you as the parent or guardian shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from such misrepresentation. We are committed to the safety and protection of children and strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations. To this end, we have implemented the following measures to ensure a safe environment for children:
Prohibited content and behaviors
We strictly prohibit the following advertising content and behaviors related to dating or companionship services:
• Promoting underage dating;
• Using images or text content inconsistent with the target users of the service on landing pages;
• Promoting paid companionship, dating, or sexual behavior;
• Promoting exploitative or deceptive dating services;
• Promoting mail-order brides.
Restricted advertising categories
We restrict certain types of dating and companionship service advertisements, including but not limited to:
• Hookup dating, one-night stand, or partner-swapping dating websites;
• Extramarital dating or cheating services;

• Luring children (such as establishing relationships with children through online interactions for sexual contact or exchanging pornographic images);
• Sexualizing minors (such as depicting, encouraging, or promoting content that may lead to the sexual exploitation of children);
• Sexual extortion (such as using intimate images of children for threats or blackmail);
• Child trafficking (such as promoting or luring children for commercial exploitation purposes).
By implementing these policies, we strive to create a safe environment that prioritizes the well-being of children. If you discover that any child may be in danger or subject to the above situations, please contact us at support@najm.com, and we will assist you in addressing the issue.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
You may use our instant messaging feature to communicate with other NUJUM users. However, we recommend and encourage you (and all our users) to exercise caution when disclosing information about other users. We also advise you not to include sensitive information in your profile, such as email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names, addresses, credit card details, ID card numbers, or driver's license details, as such information may be misused or abused.
In addition, please exercise caution when disclosing sensitive personal information in your profile, such as religious beliefs and health details. You may voluntarily provide this information to us when creating your profile, including your sexual orientation and ethnic background, but we have no intention of deliberately collecting such information. Please remember that any photos or video clips you post on NUJUM may reveal such sensitive personal data. By uploading and posting such sensitive personal information, you explicitly consent to our processing of your information. If the content you post is inconsistent with our "NUJUM Terms of Service" or this Policy, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
